Co-Pastor Spann is a fourth generation female preacher. She has been called to serve the body of Christ as a four-fold ministry gift: Prophet, Pastor, Teacher, and Evangelist. She was born in Ft. Meade, MD. Co-Pastor graduated from Chesapeake High School and the Center of Applied Technologies with her Cosmetologist License.

Pastor Randy Spann is the founder and Pastor of Perfecting Prayer and Praise Ministries (3PM). On December 5, 1999, the Lord laid upon his heart to birth this new ministry. The ministry has grown unremarkably, lives are being transformed daily and much fruit is being produced from this ministry. Pastor Spann encourages God’s people to walk by faith and not by sight.
